Flax seed crackers are a great alternative everyday and aperitif snack or energy bar for sport activities. They are nutritious; full of omega 3s and 6s EFAs, fiber and protein.
Easy and fast to prepare
For all the recipes below you need to: 1-chop the ingredients with a knife, 2- mix them and spread on baking paper or cake paper pan, 3- Place into a dehydrator, 4-Taste it!

Basic ingredient
Flax seed is an remarkable ingredient that raw foodies love. When you add water to flax seed it creates a gelatinous goo resembling egg whites. It binds all the goodies together.

Recipe 1: Forbidden fruit
Dehydrated Apple, ground walnut, fresh mint,1/3 of a garlic clove, salt, fresh lemon juice.
Recipe 2: Black Friday
1 clove of Black garlic, Dehydrated onions, ground toasted hazelnut, one spoon of honey, fresh mint, salt, fresh lemon juice.
Recipe 3: Energy bar1
Dehydrated banana, ground almond, ground pine nuts, one spoon of honey, fresh lemon juice
Recipe 4: Energy bar2
Dehydrated black palm kale,Dehydrated apple, ground almond, one and half spoon of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of wholemeal sea salt, fresh mint, fresh lemon juice.

Description
Boccon Ghiotti, also known as Paccheri, is the perfect pasta for this rich and savory octopus sauce.
How to Cook It:
Start by straining the pasta 1 minute before cooking time is up. While you warm the octopus sauce in a large pan, save some of the pasta water. Combine the strained pasta with the sauce, adding some of the pasta water to reach your desired consistency. Give everything a quick mix and let it cook for half a minute.
Before serving, add a touch of lemon zest and fresh parsley for extra flavor. Serve each plate with a generous spoonful of sauce and a sprinkle of parsley.
