The two last week ends of March saw two major events happening at Fattoria Santa Vittoria in Pozzo della Chiana, Tuscany.

On March 21 took place the official presentation of the wine Robbiotto, during this afternoon together guests could taste the "winery production" , admire the prestigious collection of rinascimental weapons from "Associazione Scannagallo di Pozzo della Chiana", assist to a sward fight in the yard and listen to the lute of maestro Luca D'amore. After the gourmands had the plesure to taste a particular rinascimental dinner at "ristorante Mengrello in Foiano della Chiana".

On the 28th and 29th of March, on the occasion of the two spring days organized every year by the association FAI (this time in Foiano della Chiana), Fattoria Santa Vittoria welcomed many visitors offering guided tours and tastings of their wines and oil. In the "sala grande del Vinsanto" (a vast room where the grapes to obtain the traditional dessert wine are dried) was also part of the event the famous local chocolate master Carlo Viti who delighted the palate of the guests with his creations and proposed an interesting combination of truffle and vinsanto. Beautiful hand created easter egs, some of them hand painted by local painter Manolo Liberatori with "della Robbia" scenes.

Due eventi importanti per il numero di visitatori che ci sono venuti a trovare da paesi vicini e lontani - oltre 400 presenze - e per la partecipazione numerosa degli abitanti di Pozzo e Foiano.

Wine tour experience
We provide all our guest with a visit and wine tasting in our ancient winery. Wine tours may includes light lunch, winery/vineyard tour and wine tasting. We offer also food tasting, cooking courses and truffle hunting experience. Visitors to the winery can choose from a rich variety of winery experiences from tasting out in the vineyard to learning the art of pairing wine and food – at Santa Vittoria farm there is something to suit every taste. Drink and learn! Taste and learn the basic characteristics that make up your favourite wine styles at this Santa Vittoria Sommelier led wine and food experience. The event begins with a tasting and tutorial about a style of wine made at Santa Vittoria Estates, its characteristics and what went into the making of it.

Wine and art
Tuscan is a really special country, most of the important and innovative art production of medioevo and renaissance start from here. Tuscany is the country of Michelangelo, Leonardo, Giotto, Dante etc.. Arezzo, our municipality, is the town where born Guido Monaco the man who invented the music note! We've cooperation with authorized guide so we can organize food, wine and art exploration of the most important cities and villages around our farm such as Arezzo, Firenze, Siena, Cortona.

Special summer event
The closest village of  Pozzo is about 1500 meters away from the agriturismo and offers basic food shopping, a post office a couple of bars, one of wich is also pizzeria and restaurant ,an hairdressed, a barbershop, a good chemistery/apotheke and a cash withdraw machine . Every year in June the local comunity of Pozzo organises a reenactment of the famous Scannagallo battle, faught here 500 hundreds years ago, between Siena and  Firenze, with hundred of people dressed like ancient soldiers.
